Abhyaz implemented workflow automation using Zoho Flow to connect Krishi Cress's Shopify store with Zoho Books Elite, which houses its inventory.

1. Automated Inventory Synchronization
Krishi Cress's two Shopify warehouses were integrated with Zoho Books Elite and mapped to support consistent inventory data flow.
When inventory is restocked or reduced in Zoho Books, the corresponding item quantity is reflected in Shopify.
Similarly, when a sale is completed through Shopify, the inventory quantity is updated in Zoho Books.
2. Automated Shopify Sales → Zoho Books Invoice
When a customer makes a purchase through Shopify, the workflow automatically creates an invoice in Zoho Books Elite.
The payment status is also recorded as paid, eliminating the need for the team to manually recreate the transaction in Zoho Books.
3. Automated Sales Returns
The integration also automates the sales return process.
When a qualifying refund is created in Shopify, the workflow automatically records the corresponding sales return in Zoho Books.
4. Sales & Admin Training
Implementation wasn't limited to system configuration.
