Evolution of Abhyaz 

Abhyaz Internships:

Evolution of Abhyaz Internships helped MTC to transform as a Digital Enterprise. Freelancers, Consultants, Students, Job-seekers and Returnees worked together as a team in Live Projects which helps them Learn and Grow.


Building an Agile Workforce is an important aspect for Enterprise Transformation. The transformation was easily possible to Abhyaz because of its learning first approach. Being a learning first organization we developed Abhyaz platform in collaboration with Cyril Chemparathy Skillon365. We integrated an open-source Learning Management System with Zoho systems to build a talent lifecycle solution that caters to talent need definition, acquisition, evaluation, selection, onboarding, development, out placement and exit.  This Virtual Office helps the mentors and interns to work as a team fully remote and it enables the path to include multiple new teams in different functional areas by a way of collaborative learning and discovery. With this, MTC transformed into Abhyaz.

Work  Culture  at Abhyaz:

Work Culture in Abhyaz gets introduced to the Interns from the Interviewing part itself. Accessing Moodle cloud, Getting Tasks Done and Uploading, Peer to Peer Grading all basics will be completed in the interview part. Once onboarded the self paced learning course will help us to know more about the Abhyaz Virtual Office and Flipped Classroom. In Abhyaz from onboarding to development, outplacement and exit every step was designed in a user friendly way that's easy to adapt.

Partnership with ZOHO:

Our team has been growing rapidly and a group of talent pool has been formed, who are ready to take up further challenges and opportunities. This paved a way for Abhyaz to make ties with ZOHO as an implementation partner (consulting service provider) for Enterprise Transformation. Partnership with Zoho that gain access to Abhyaz to use its dozens of tools, in such a way that Abhyaz Interns and Mentors can work on various Zoho tools and applications for performing their tasks on live projects for its clients, which make them learn, grow and excel. 

Conclusion:

To conclude this four story adventure of MTC from its birth to Abhyaz is not only a story of survival but a story of continuous growth and development even faced with various challenges. Abhyaz Internship, Zoho Partnership, Talent Lifecycle Management, Project Based Learning and Transformative Learning Approach were some of the foundations of Abhyaz's Enterprise Transformation

 

The 21st century is a rapidly growing world. In this fast growing world, adapting to new technologies is not a choice but a necessity. Enterprise Transformation is not the only way to survive in the market but it is the way for continuous growth and flexibility.
