INTRODUCTION
I recently completed a 3-month internship, and it turned out to be one of the most valuable experiences in my learning journey. During this period, I had the opportunity to work closely with a team, take part in real-time projects, and apply the skills I had learned so far. It was a great mix of learning, challenges, and growth. This internship not only helped me understand how the industry works but also boosted my confidence and improved my problem-solving abilities. In this blog, I’d like to share what I learned, the work I did, and how this experience helped me grow both personally and professionally.
My First Task: Zoho Analytics Webinar
My first task during the internship was to attend a webinar on Workspace Setting & Data Sources in Zoho Analytics. As someone who was new to Zoho Analytics, this was a great starting point. I carefully went through the entire session, took notes, and then prepared a PowerPoint presentation along with a Q&A based on the webinar content.
This task gave me a solid introduction to Zoho Analytics and helped me understand how data can be imported, managed, and analyzed within the platform. It was also a good exercise in summarizing information and presenting it in a clear and structured way. This first task played an important role in building my confidence and set the tone for the rest of my internship.
Customizing the Home Page in Zoho Recruit
My second task was to explore and customize the home page in Zoho Recruit. This activity helped me understand how user interfaces can be tailored based on business needs. I learned how to rearrange dashboard components, add useful widgets, and display key information in a more organized and user-friendly way. By working on this, I got hands-on experience with the platform and learned how customization can improve user experience and workflow efficiency.
Inventory Implementation Support for Kitchen Koudinyasa
As part of my third task, I was involved in inventory implementation support for a client project – Kitchen Kodinyasa. This gave me real-time exposure to how inventory modules are set up and managed. I assisted in organizing product data, setting up categories, and ensuring that the inventory flow matched the client’s business needs. This task helped me understand the practical aspects of inventory management and how proper setup can streamline operations for a business.
Sales Order Automation and WhatsApp Integration
In another task, I got the opportunity to help with the automation of sales orders and integrate WhatsApp for communication. I learned how automation can save time by reducing manual work, especially in the sales process. Working on WhatsApp integration showed me how businesses can stay connected with customers more efficiently. This task helped me understand the importance of combining automation with customer communication tools to improve overall workflow and user experience.
MTAB USA Desk Implementation: Program and Ticket Dashboards
One of the key tasks I worked on was for the MTAB USA Desk Implementation, where I was responsible for creating the Program Dashboard and Ticket Dashboard. These dashboards were designed to give a clear view of ongoing programs and customer tickets. This task helped me understand how to organize and present data in a meaningful way for better tracking and decision-making. It also gave me hands-on experience in using Zoho tools to build dashboards that are both functional and user-friendly.
Zoho CRM Setup – MTAB USA
As part of the MTAB USA project, I was also involved in the setup of Zoho CRM. This task included configuring modules, setting up fields, and customizing the CRM layout to match the client’s requirements. Through this experience, I learned how a CRM system helps manage leads, contacts, and customer interactions efficiently. It gave me a deeper understanding of how businesses use CRM tools to improve their sales and support processes.

I am truly thankful for the opportunity to intern at Abhyaz for 3 months. This internship has been a turning point in my learning journey, especially as someone starting fresh in the data and tech domain. I extend my heartfelt thanks to all the mentors and teammates who guided and supported me throughout. Your encouragement helped me gain confidence and stay motivated.

The importance of automation in improving business efficiency.
