FAQ Page Design for Abhyaz Website
One of my main responsibilities was to design and develop the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page for the Abhyaz website. The goal was to make it easy for users to quickly find answers to common queries, thereby improving user experience and reducing repetitive support requests.
I structured the page with a clean, user-friendly design that included:
A search bar for quickly locating relevant FAQs.
Category tabs such as For Interns, For Clients, and Technical Teams to help users filter questions based on their needs.
An organized accordion-style layout for displaying questions and answers, ensuring simplicity and easy navigation.
This project not only improved my front-end development skills but also gave me a practical understanding of designing web pages that focus on usability and accessibility.
