I hold a BA in Sport and Educational Studies, which I completed in May 2024. Following my job training at V-Shesh, I was selected by my trainers for this internship opportunity. As part of the Human Resource (HR) team, I gained hands-on experience in a range of tasks and processes. While the first few days during orientation were slightly challenging due to the unfamiliar nature of the work, I gradually adapted with the guidance of my mentor. The remaining tasks, though new, became manageable over time with regular practice and team support. I found the tasks engaging and meaningful, and as I grew more confident, I was also able to assist fellow interns when they worked on tasks, I had already become familiar with. This experience helped me develop both my skills and my ability to work collaboratively within a team.
The main responsibilities and tasks which I was assigned The main tasks which I had always been assigned were:
• Changing the status of the candidates using the consolidated evaluation course page and Zoho recruit.
• Sending the internship offer-letters to the candidates through Zoho recruit
• Checking the assessments of the candidates through Zoho recruit
• Filling the skillets of the candidates through Zoho recruit, by referring to Zoho survey
• Making inter feed back reports in the correct format (professional format) by referring to Zoho survey and ChatGPT.
• Using Zoho forms to prepare the assessment questions for the candidates.
• Using OBS studio for recording my tasks
• Using Zoho Campaigns for uploading the internship list.
Zoho writer and Zoho work drive for uploading the tasks I had finished Out of all of those, OBS studio was very frustrating for me when I had first learnt because I had sure that the background is silent and I had to be loud enough and clear whilst explaining it. But later, I got familiar with the way to use it. Also, creating the intern feed back report was easy but time consuming. My growth and improvements As I was taught to use ChatGPT, mp4 file conversion, and the various Zoho tools such as Zoho recruit, Zoho campaign, Zoho survey, and Zoho forms etc.
I started working independently without relying much on others. This happened especially by noting down the steps of the tasks, good communication with my mentor and interns, and sending the links of my work to my mentor on time. The only growth which I have noticed myself is that I am much more sincere and hard working than usual, and I am always being told that I am doing well. Acknowledgments I am truly grateful to the entire Abhyaz team and my mentors for their constant support and guidance during my internship. Their encouraging feedback played a key role in helping me improve my work and gain confidence. This internship has been a meaningful part of my learning journey, and I’m proud to have been a part of the HR team while developing valuable skills along the way
