Introduction

During my internship at Abhyaz as a Graphic Design Intern, I had the opportunity to work on hands-on projects that helped me grow both professionally and creatively. One of my key responsibilities was to design canvas templates for a CRM demo account using the Canvas Builder tool.

Tasks Performed

These templates were created for major modules such as Products, Contacts, Deals, Leads, Accounts, and Cases. The goal was to add these designs to the customer portal, enhancing the overall user experience with clean, visually appealing layouts.

Throughout the internship, I successfully designed 30+ templates, each customized to meet the functional needs of different modules while maintaining visual consistency. Working on these templates taught me the importance of designing with purpose and understanding the role of user interface in delivering a seamless digital experience.

In addition to the canvas templates, I also worked on developing various view styles including List View, Tile View, Table View, and Detail Pages. These components are essential for organizing and presenting information in a structured yet engaging manner.

Key Takeaways

Designing these views challenged me to focus not just on aesthetics, but also on usability and user navigation. This internship was a valuable learning curve that gave me the chance to explore new tools, understand design principles in a CRM environment, and improve my problem-solving skills. Each task pushed me to think creatively while adhering to practical requirements.

Conclusion

Overall, my time at Abhyaz was a rewarding experience that allowed me to upskill in graphic design. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of how good design supports functionality and enhances user interaction. I’m thankful for the experience and excited to carry these skills forward in my design career.
