My Cloud-DevOps Internship Journey at Abhyaz
My internship at Abhyaz as a DevOps Engineer was a truly transformative learning experience. Working remotely, I leveraged the Zoho One suite to design and implement automation workflows that streamlined business processes across multiple departments.
Some of my key projects included CRM-to-Books synchronization, automated invoice generation in Zakya, integrating payment and delivery data with reporting dashboards, and building an AI chatbot for ticketing automation.
These projects challenged me to understand real-world business needs, design logical process flows, and implement them with precision.
Collaborating with talented team members, my mentor Jessica Opara, and clients improved my communication and coordination skills significantly. The feedback culture at Abhyaz helped me refine my work while gaining a deeper understanding of automation in a corporate setting.
This internship also expanded my problem-solving mindset and technical expertise in APIs, Zoho Flow, and webhook-based integrations.
