Hello readers! My name is Ramyahaasa Cherukuri, and I’m thrilled to share insights into my recent internship as a Data Analyst at Abhyaz. This journey has been incredibly rewarding, providing hands-on opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects and hone my analytical skills.
Driving Efficiency: Key Projects & Contributions
During my time at Abhyaz, my work primarily revolved around optimizing critical CRM and support workflows, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence.
1.Revolutionizing Zoho CRM's Leads Module:
I streamlined the Leads Module, improving lead quality and conversion. This involved initial filtering, applying targeted Gmail filters, and performing mass updates to enrich lead data. I also focused on tagging and converting enriched leads into Contacts, significantly improving sales processes and CRM data hygiene.
2. Mastering Incomplete Ticket Management in Zoho Desk:
I enhanced support workflows by automating the detection and management of incomplete tickets. My work included customizing ticket layouts with mandatory fields, defining clear indicators for incomplete tickets, and setting up automated notifications and follow-up tasks. This drastically improved visibility and boosted operational efficiency for the support team.
3. Large-Scale Data Collection & CRM Integration:
A significant part of my internship was dedicated to a major data collection and CRM integration project. This involved meticulously gathering extensive institutional and faculty data, structuring it into 'Account Mapping' and 'Contact Mapping' Excel sheets, and seamlessly importing it into Zoho CRM's Accounts and Contacts modules. A crucial post-import step was mapping the organizational hierarchy using the 'Reporting To' field, essential for clear communication channels and effective stakeholder engagement.

This enriching experience wouldn't have been the same without the incredible support system at Abhyaz. My mentor, Keerthy Mam, provided invaluable guidance, consistently pushing me to think critically and approach problems strategically.Her profound expertise and commitment to my professional growth were truly inspiring.
Equally important was the collaborative environment fostered by my peers. Working alongside such talented individuals made every project dynamic and enjoyable. We exchanged ideas, shared insights, and collectively celebrated our successes, empowering us to innovate.

My time as a Data Analyst intern at Abhyaz has equipped me with practical analytical skills, a deep understanding of CRM optimization, and the confidence to tackle complex, real-world data challenges.
