I am Ajitha Jallu I had the opportunity to work as a Data Analyst Intern at Abhyaz for five months, gaining practical exposure to data management and organizational processes through Zoho tools. This internship provided me with a deeper understanding of how data analytics supports decision-making and streamlines workflows in a professional environment.
During this period, I worked on multiple Zoho modules, including Leads, Contacts, Desk, and Recruit, Zoho Survey and Webscraping. My primary responsibilities involved data collection, filtering, updating, and deduplication to maintain accuracy and eliminate inconsistencies. Additionally, I created structured workflow documentation to demonstrate effective data management practices within CRM systems.
This hands-on experience improved my problem-solving skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and professional communication. I also learned the importance of data accuracy, workflow consistency, and organized information management, all of which are crucial in analytical roles.
I am grateful to Abhyaz for this opportunity and sincerely thank my mentors for their constant guidance and support. Working alongside co-interns in a collaborative environment not only enhanced my technical skills but also helped me build valuable professional connections.
