Hello, I am Vaishnavi D, I had the opportunity to work as a Data Analyst Intern at Abhyaz. During this internship, I was introduced to different tasks and responsibilities that allowed me to explore how organizations manage their processes through Zoho tools. The experience gave me better clarity about the role of a data analyst in supporting decision-making and maintaining workflows. It also helped me grow in terms of problem-solving, adaptability, and professional communication.
During my internship, I worked on different Zoho modules including Leads, Contacts, Desk, and Recruit. My responsibilities mainly involved processes such as data collection, filtering, updating, and deduplication to ensure information accuracy and remove inconsistencies. I also documented structured workflows that explained how data can be managed effectively within CRM systems. These tasks not only helped in maintaining organized and reliable records, but also gave me practical exposure to how businesses streamline their information for better efficiency and decision-making.
This internship has been a valuable learning experience that went beyond just completing tasks. I developed strong skills in documentation, attention to detail, and data accuracy, which are essential in any professional setting. It also taught me the importance of following structured workflows, staying organized, and ensuring consistency in information management. Most importantly, the experience boosted my confidence and gave me a clearer understanding of how analytical work supports organizational goals.
I am truly thankful to Abhyaz for giving me this opportunity and to my mentors for their constant support, guidance throughout the internship.
