During the internship at Abhyaz, various Zoho tools such as Zoho Sheets, Zoho CRM,
Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Survey were used. These platforms provided hands-on
experience in data handling, customer relationship management, and process
optimization. The key responsibilities included:
1. Data Collection and Mapping: Gathering, organizing, and uploading critical data
into Zoho CRM, ensuring structured and efficient data management.
2. Updating Contact Module in CRM: Keeping the CRM up to date by updating
contact and opportunities in the system.
3. Performing Contact Deduplication in CRM: Identifying and removing duplicate
contacts to maintain clean and reliable customer data.
4. Feedback Survey in Zoho Survey: Designed client feedback forms via Zoho Survey to drive quality improvement and testimonial collection.
5. Data Cleaning in Zoho Recruit: Cleaning and structuring the candidate Module in
Zoho Recruit, ensuring accurate and well-maintained records for the recruitment
process.
