I'm Sri Vignesh K V, and my 3-month internship as a Cloud Dev-Ops Intern at Abhyaz has been a transformative experience. I worked on a range of real-time projects, giving me the opportunity to explore Zoho tools. Here's a reflection on the key tasks I worked on:
Zoho Books Invoice Automation
I created a custom workflow in Zoho Flow to automatically send an invoice in Zoho Books to a client as soon as the invoice document is created. This automation streamlines the billing process and ensures timely communication.
Automated Purchase Order Sharing
This project focused on automating the dispatch of Purchase Orders to vendors. I created a flow to automatically send a PO as a PDF via email, triggered by its creation in Zakya and managed through Zoho Flow. This eliminated the need for manual sending and improved procurement efficiency.
Zoho Desk Ticket Automation
I worked on configuring Zoho Desk to automatically manage ticket actions. This included automated ticket prioritization based on keywords like "Urgent" or "High Priority," and automated reminders to agents for tickets that have been inactive for 72 hours, improving response times and customer satisfaction.

They not only clarified my doubts whenever I was stuck but also motivated me to explore new tools and think beyond the given tasks.
