This is my “Road not taken”, Of course I stole it from Robert frost, I’m a graphic designer not a poet.

What I needed – Introduction:

Hi i'm Vignesh; when I started to look for an alternative career path which suits my skill set and my comfort zone I found my interest towards designing and I started working as a freelance graphic designer but I had my doubts as im not familiar with the field or industrial standers I was looking for a place where i can build my confidence and make a portfolio to present myself as a graphic designer that’s when I came across Abhyaz internship. So Abhyaz is “The Road I Took”

What I got – My Work Experience:

The first thing I gained experience was with the tool “Canva” with the help of my fellow interns Rama Parween, Adhesh, Mahalakshmi, Joshua, Keerthi and Katherine (if I forgot anyone it was not intentional) I got to know the basics of how to design and play your ideas with it. Now comes the best part defeating the Dragon in this case making a design that satisfies our mentors Trapti mam and Saumya (was just being over dramatic “obviously”). This is when I learned how the industry works and what industry expects from me “like one of the wise sages once would have could have said – its not the tool its how you use the tool”, so for every cut we become better diamonds (and obviously im the diamond).

Maybe more – Work culture:

I had fun working all along learned something every single day from my fellow interns or form my mentors. (now comes the bar of ice) in schools during oath we all used to uttered the word all Indians are my brothers and sisters, here now I worked with my family for 3 months.

From the bottom of my heart - Conclusion:

THANK YOU ABHYAZ THANK YOU MENTORS AND THANK YOU TEAM.
