Internship Experience
At Abhyaz, my internship became an exhilarating whirlwind of discovery and development. The office buzzed with an electric energy, offering an array of avenues to explore within the realm of data analytics. Equipped with powerful tools like Zoho Analytics and Zoho Desk, I eagerly immersed myself in projects that not only refined my technical prowess but also amplified my knack for problem-solving
Projects Worked On:
Handling a massive dataset consisting of 50,000 rows of college data, I spearheaded the intricate task of categorizing information into distinct segments such as TPOs, Registrars, and Directors. Leveraging the power of Python, I seamlessly merged and organized the data, following a meticulous cleaning process utilizing advanced data frame techniques.
Attrition Analysis: Crafting surveys to uncover the primary factors contributing to attrition during the induction process. This involved designing surveys aimed at students who expressed interest in the internship but were not onboarded. By gathering their feedback, I gained valuable insights into the key reasons behind attrition, facilitating a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the onboarding process
Developing comprehensive reports and dynamic dashboards within Zoho Desk for the Grievance Management System (GMS). This involved crafting user-defined reports for key modules including Tickets, Contacts, and Accounts, presenting essential metrics such as ticket volume per category and status. Additionally, I designed various dashboards tailored to specific stakeholders, including a Management Dashboard featuring strategic components for managerial insights, Agent Dashboards highlighting individual performance metrics, and specialized dashboards like Ticket and Student Profile Dashboards, each offering targeted insights and analytics

At Abhyaz, my internship transcended mere technical skill-building; it evolved into a profound journey of personal and professional development. Guided by hands-on experience and mentorship, I cultivated vital soft skills like adaptability, communication, and collaboration.
