Introduction:

My internship at Abhyaz in the MTAB Technology Center offered a world of growth and learning. Through diverse projects and collaboration with talented individuals, I acquired essential skills and experiences that shaped me as a professional. This blog narrates my journey, highlighting key skills, challenges, and valuable experiences.

Projects:

Reviewing meetings allowed me to comprehend client requirements for projects such as Zoho Finishing School, MTAB Finishing School, Zoho Finance for Precision Engineering, and Metallic Bellows SOP Digitization. To organize and document these requirements effectively, I utilized Zoho Workdrive, creating mapping sheets that streamlined project execution. These sheets played a cruicial role in shaping the structure and execution of the project being implemented. I also had the opportunity to create a project handover document for the team.

Mentorship:

Work Culture:

Collaborating with colleagues in a knowledge-sharing and teamwork-oriented environment made my transition as a tech project intern smooth and enjoyable. As I gained proficiency in project management, I had the privilege of guiding new interns and team members within the project management team at Abhyaz. This experience exposed me to leadership intricacies, allowing me to share knowledge, support others' growth, and strengthen my team coordination and mentorship skills.
