MTAB is working as a leading company in the manufacturing industry. The enterprise transformation was the main thing that made it stand above other companies.

The journey we experienced on enterprise transformation for MTAB was long and adventurous. Making MTAB as it is today we had to work on various fields, a lot of steps. Let's see those.

1. CRM System Implementation 

What is CRM?

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management system. CRM software was created to make the interaction with customers and keep the data optimized.

The outcome of the CRM 

We have created this system specifically suitable for MTAB. The system was able to attract more customers and pleasantly increase their satisfaction.

2. HR System Enhancement with Zoho Tools   

To make a successful HR system it needs more evaluations and more calculations. But as humans, it is a bit tough for the workforce. That's why we made it interact with the Zoho tools.

How do ZoHo tools make it?

Automation of recruitment processes has made it easier to do the recruiting. Performance evaluations support the company to find out right person for relevant tasks. Employee engagement was much easier for the administrative people at MTAB.

3.Expansion of team through interns - enabling remote work 

Talented people are rare to find for a company.it is a tough task to overcome. But we used out 2 methodologies to overcome that.

Two methodologies we followed 

we created a talent funnel which was opened for the interns. That was covered on multiple job roles. Not only the interns, we started taking remote people. Because of, that we were able to expand the team and capacities. To maintain an easy system, we created digital onboarding, development and exit procedure.  

4.Brand building and awareness 

As a company, it is a must thing to keep a strong presence in the market. Even if it has strong internal progress, it will be a waste if it is not able to showcase much in the market.

Strategies we took for Raising Awareness 

For MTAB, we specially designed and did a series of webinars and online workshops Those were aimed at showcasing MTAB's capabilities and leadership. After that, they were able to reach a wider audience.

5. Website Management and Social Media Excellence 

Nowadays, the digital world has taken priority in everything. The same applies to the manufacturing industry. We had to work on that to make MTAB updated to today's world.

Steps to digitalization 

We started with website management for MTAB. We were able to make it represent their updated offerings with a customer-centric interface. After websites, we went with social media platforms. Branding and sharing valuable content were our priorities under social media for MTAB. But we have not forgotten about the most important customer interactions through social media platforms. We were able to cover those areas and make it more visible for the digital world.

Conclusion 

The enterprise transmission journey for the MTAB was the fruit of a lot of effort. CRM systems, HR tools, workforce empowerment, outreach and awareness programs, and digital platforms were given a new face for the industry. MTAB is a reflection of how our successful efforts worked on a manufacturing industry field.
