It was a knowledgeable and wonderful internship and my experience which I can take from Abhyaz internship. Abhyaz provides people wanting to join work force up to date practical work experience and latest trends. I was able to learn and practice latest industry standard in my field. This helps you to know what is expected from you in recruitment and also know the methods and techniques most companies are required to use in this field They also help to improve your communication skills and use the required communication etiquette.
Projects:
My role in the internship included working on different practical HR projects which are used in the HR industry. I created two modules using knowledge capture and skill capture while using lumi application.
Project 1:
In this project, I showed how to work on internship master sheet zoho sheet. Where I described I how to extract data from zoho recruit, use specific data and add the selected data to the internship master sheet. I showed how to update candidate status referencing moodle virtual office.
Project 2:
In this project, I showed how to update candidate status on zoho recruit while referencing internship master sheet data. I showed how to create github issue to record job opening and candidate selected data
Conclusion:
I was able to study and put into practice the most recent standards in the Human Resource sector. This helps you understand what is expected of you throughout the hiring process as well as the procedures and methods that most businesses must follow in this area.
