Journey as System admin intern lead at Abhyaz

By God’s grace started working as System Admin Intern lead from 28th August 2023. It was great opportunity to work with Cloud and DevOps team, and Research and Development team. Initially there was Talent Operations room for system admin, but currently those room were changed to new names. Engineering was converted to Product and delivery containing a breakout room for System administrators as research and development. Tasks were to find the relative links related to various technologies, on which interns were working. 

Projects and Tools:

There was task related to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tool which were discussed with Cloud and DevOps team and rerap.org printer open builds kits (CNC, scanner, printer, etc. Moreover, there were tasks related to AR4 6DoF robotics arm (RD box ROS based projects) (aninirobotics.com) IOT, embedded, ai/ml, etc.to software teams too. By researching over google, LinkedIn links found were shared with teams, handled some new joiners at Cloud and DevOps.


Induction Program:

There was an Induction program for the new interns where they can learn how the internship is handled at Abhyaz, work related sheet and link were shared with new interns before they join to main virtual office rooms.

Tasks: 

Some task done as intern and intern lead are related to Product configuration in  Zoho CRM, Zoho Subscription, Zoho Desk. CRM is data management system. There was vnit trial site at moodle, for which a trial site was created which later moved to paid plan by mentor. There was a task which was different from others as in that restrictions were applied by creating groups then applying the restriction using restrict feature of workshop, so only the participant belongs to workshop can only submit their submissions in it. Get opportunity to work on one Common course template having four phases Project kick-off phase, project planning phase, project execution phase and project handover phase, it was with the CRM department.

Mentor's and team support:

There was a task to create an onboarding course for new job role based. Mentor provided guidance to do it and in other tasks related to recording of videos they shared screen and explain them at well. Even the whole team is well educated and manage proper work culture by having meetings.
