Internship Experience at Abhyaz  By Niketan Kumar (Audio / Video editor Intern)

From day one, I was warmly welcomed into a dynamic and collaborative work environment. The team at Abhyaz was not only talented but also supportive, and they ensured that I had the guidance and mentorship needed to excel. Their willingness to share their expertise and answer my questions played a pivotal role in enhancing my knowledge and skills in not only Video editing but also helped me learn many new skills like audio editing, and how to use Canva properly.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my internship was the chance to work directly on the videos of CNCTrain and MTC. Under the guidance of mentors , I was involved in  conceptualizing ideas to implementing them into visually stunning videos using canva 

The work culture at Abhyaz fostered innovation and creativity. I was encouraged to explore new design tools and techniques, experiment with different visual elements, and push the boundaries of my creativity. This freedom allowed me to develop my unique style. Constructive feedback from my mentors helped me refine my designs and pay attention to even the smallest details.

Collaboration and teamwork were essential at Abhyaz. Regular team meetings and design critiques created a space for open discussions and constructive criticism. I greatly appreciated the opportunity to share ideas and receive input from my colleagues, as it broadened my perspective and challenged me to think differently. Working alongside talented designers and developers exposed me to diverse skill sets and inspired me to continuously improve my own abilities.

Abhyaz also prioritized professional development. The company provided access to various online resources and workshops that allowed interns to expand their knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends. This commitment to learning reinforced the company's dedication to excellence and propelled my growth as a web designer.
