Introduction:

Hello everyone, this is Pranil. I worked in the Abhyaz as a Data Analyst Intern for two months. I would be pleased to share my experience with you on this blog.
Within these two months, I completed four tasks for Data collection, visualization, and Segmentation.

Zoho Survey and Analytics:

The first two tasks consisted of the collection of data from the new interns from various departments through the Zoho survey (Comprehensive Training Program Survey) and creating dashboards to visualize the valuable insights regarding their preferences for the internship program and their willingness to pay for the various tools and placement opportunities.
It was necessary to draft the questions accordingly, so that interns would give valid responses. The second task was to create the dashboard in Zoho Analytics from the data obtained from the Comprehensive Training Program Survey. I had to create query tables to collect the necessary data from the survey data to create an interactive dashboard showcasing the preferences of interns to the stakeholders.

Data Segmentation:

In my next task, I segmented the startup companies’ data according to the industry category. This segmented data was to be used by the marking team, creating different strategies for various industry types. I completed the task, giving the necessary output with the help of Perplexity AI (Text-based AI Search Engine) and pandas.

Lead Collection:

It was my last task. The task was to collect the leads (companies from the given industry), their financial details, and their contact details using the web scraping tools. I collected the data using web scrapping tools and Google search API. I also helped write a process document for the lead collection. So, these are the tasks I completed.

Another thing I would like to mention is that interns have to submit their work explaining it with skill and knowledge capture videos. For the starter, it seemed a little clumsy, but it improved my soft skills and my confidence. Thank you very much Abhyaz for giving this opportunity!
