Joining Abhyaz as a Software Engineer Intern was a transformative experience where I gained hands-on exposure to web development, digital transformation, and automation. It allowed me to refine my skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Zoho SaaS tools while working on impactful projects.

- Website Development & UI/UX Enhancements: Designed and developed responsive websites, including MTAB USA and Abhyaz V11, using Zoho Sites. I also leveraged Canva and Figma to create UI/UX mockups for better design implementation.

- Zoho SaaS Integrations: Automated processes using Zoho Backstage, Zoho Desk, and Deluge scripting, including an email-swapping automation in Zoho Desk.

- Webinars & Digital Engagement: Managed webinar processes end-to-end using Zoho Backstage, from landing page creation to execution.

- Chatbot Development & Analytics: Created AI-driven chatbots using Zoho SalesIQ to enhance customer interactions and utilized Zoho PageSense to track user behavior and optimize performance.

- Gained practical experience in website development, automation, and Zoho SaaS integrations.

- Improved UI/UX design skills using Zoho Sites, Canva, and Figma.

- Successfully executed webinar projects and automated workflows for Zoho applications.

- Developed chatbots and implemented user analytics tracking for improved digital engagement.
