Key Responsibilities and Tasks

During my internship, I was actively involved in the following five key tasks that helped improve my data analytics, CRM, and validation skills:

1. Institute Data Collection and Data Mapping

Collected institutional data from various sources and mapped it accurately into the Zoho CRM system to ensure efficient account and contact tracking.

2. Product Import

Handled importing structured product-related data into CRM, ensuring that each entry adhered to data consistency and formatting standards.

3. Recruit Data Cleanup

Cleaned and validated recruitment data by removing duplicates, standardizing formats, and verifying information to ensure high-quality candidate records.

4. Contact Module Validation and Cleanup

Audited, visualized dashboard and refined the contact module data by identifying errors, validating fields like emails and phone numbers, and ensuring CRM integrity.

5. Abhyaz Service Help Desk – Incomplete Tickets

Reviewed and organized service help desk tickets, categorized incomplete cases, and flagged them for further resolution to improve workflow efficiency.
