Introduction

My name is Janaranjini M and I began my internship at Abhyaz under MTAB Technology Center on October 28, 2024, as a Canva/Photoshop Design Intern. As I approach the conclusion of this journey, I am eager to share my experiences and insights gained throughout this period.

Experience

During my internship, I acquired valuable experience in a range of design and marketing activities, including creating LinkedIn and Twitter posts, carousels, logos, videos, greeting cards, and presentations for MTAB USA, Abhyaz, and digital marketing initiatives. Additionally, I contributed to content creation and workflow development for email campaigns, edited YouTube videos, performed voiceovers both personally and using AI, produced shorts, and designed banners for the Abhyaz website. This hands-on experience significantly strengthened my design expertise, enabling me to craft visually appealing content while ensuring brand uniformity.

To efficiently manage these tasks, I primarily used Canva for designing. Furthermore, I utilized Zoho Social for scheduling and posting on social media, Zoho Campaigns for email marketing, and Zoho Show for presentations. Learning to navigate these platforms expanded my technical knowledge and skill set across different digital tools.

• Effective Communication: Collaborating with team members and mentors highlighted the value of clear and consistent communication, ensuring that project objectives were well understood and successfully achieved.
•  Adaptability: I swiftly adjusted to various design and marketing responsibilities, from crafting social media visuals to developing email campaigns, facilitating smooth execution across different platforms while adhering to branding requirements.
•  Attention to Detail: Precision played a crucial role in creating visually engaging designs, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency, and enhancing audience engagement across websites, social media, and marketing efforts.
•  Client-Centric Designs: I customized designs to align with client needs, developing distinctive, brand-consistent visuals for websites, social media marketing materials to establish a strong and professional digital presence.
•  Technical/Designing Proficiency: Proficient in Canva, Eleven Labs, Zoho Social, and Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Show. I leveraged design and marketing tools to create, schedule, and optimize engaging digital content effectively.
